Envirotest, Inc. organized in 2003, with its partnership with Bosch, is duly accredited and authorized by the constituted agencies of the Philippine government, like the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Department of Transportation and Communication - Land Transportation Office (DOTC-LTO), to conduct real time Motor Vehicle Emission Testing.
